Solution Overview

To support this transformation, Computer Revolution Africa Group (CRAG) delivered a comprehensive Domain Rebranding and Identity Transformation solution built on Microsoft technologies. The project involved domain assessment, migration planning, DNS configuration, identity modernization, testing, and deployment. The new HFCB.co.ke domain was established as the primary corporate identity while legacy domains were retained as aliases, ensuring uninterrupted email communication and business continuity throughout the transition.
